New investments at CORDM

Our machinery will be expanded soon with the arrival of:

One cylindrical grinding machine (internal, external and polygonal)

CORDM continues to invest with the arrival in November of a new TACCHELLA PROFLEX C3 2100 grinding machine for precision grinding.

The Tacchella Proflex C3 2100  can grind cylindrical and polygonal parts up to Ø650×2100 mm with a maximum weight between centres of 1500 kg.

Proflex is a new range of external and internal CNC grinding machines that encloses the whole concept of flexible production. The flexibility of PROFLEX lies in its range of wheel heads configurations which allows the use of several tools in different combinations. Up to four conventional or high-speed CBN wheels can be mounted simultaneously.

CORDM has also planned to invest in a HENNINGER centre grinding machine:

Ø650 x 2000 (steady rest max Ø 450) and max weight 2 000 Kgs – max centre Ø 100 mm.

Commissioning is planned for March 2022.
